In various public places, push button switches of equipment are often damaged due to various man-made or natural factors. ONPOW anti-vandal piezoelectric push button switch is designed for this purpose.
This time our customer comes from Australia, and they use the switch to control the lighting inside the prison cells. Therefore, the customer attaches great importance to the anti-damage performance of the switch. We have conducted professional IK10 anti-damage testing for them.
As shown in the figure, we placed a 5kg metal ball at a height of 40cm from the vertical surface. Then I used a testing device to let the metal ball freely fall and hit the surface of the piezoelectric push button switch. After being impacted, the surface of the switch left a dent but did not crack, and the surface remained smooth. After performing a product performance test, the switch worked normally. This test was very successful.
