Q1:Does the company supply switches with higher protection levels for use in harsh environments?
A1:ONPOW’s metal pushbutton switches has certification of international protection level IK10, which means can bear 20 joules impact energy, equals the impact of 5kg items falling from 40cm.Our general waterproof switch is rated at IP67, which means it can be used in the dust and plays a complete protective role, it can be use in about 1M water under normal temperature, and it will not be damaged for 30 minutes.Therefore, for products that need to be used outdoors or in harsh environments, metal pushbutton switches are definitely your best choice.

Q2:I can’t find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
A2:Our catalogue shows most of our products,but not all.So just let us know what product do you need,and how many do you want.If we do not have it,we can also design and make a new mould to produceit.For your reference,making a ordinary mould will take about 35-45days.

Q3:Can you make customized products and customized packing?
A3:Yes.We made a lot of customized products for our customer before.And we made many moulds for our customers alread.About customized packing,we can put your Logo or other info on the packing.There is no problem.Just have to point out that ,it will cause some additional cost.

Q4:Can you provide samples ?
Are the samples free ? A4:Yes,we can provide samples.But you have to pay for the shipping cos.If you need many items, or need more qty for each item,we will charge for the samples.
